This is Bill Allen and I am an old dude and not on Facebook but I decided I needed to do a Google Review regarding Armstrong Automotive. First of all Shayla at the front desk is just a joy to talk to and always takes such good care of you, both on the phone and as you walk in the front door. As an old dude I was raised by a dad who believed in the handshake way of doing business. A short time ago I had brake problems on my car and took it in to Quinn and asked him to look at it. I've known Quinn for a long time and know him to be a completely honest and trustworthy individual. When I walked out the door, as I left my car with him, I said, “You don't need to call me with an estimate, whatever you decide needs to be done to make my brakes work, just go ahead and do it”. There is no other mechanic that I know that I would tell that to. He worked me into a busy schedule and got my car out in a timely fashion at a fair price! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have a single daughter who lives in another state and worries about taking her car in to mechanics. She worries about getting told things are wrong that are not really wrong so she gets charged higher prices. She would never have to worry about that If she lived here and Quinn and his staff were her mechanics. I cannot give a higher recommendation than to say I would send my daughter to Armstrong Automotive with complete confidence at trust.

My family and I have used Armstrong Automotive since their doors opened. I was just a small boy when we started and I still utilize their services to this day. 100% trust in them. Quinn isn't just a guy fixing vehicles. He's a man that knows his business and will never feed you a line to get an extra buck. 10/10. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service, integrity and a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer. My most precious things ride in my car (my family) and I feel confident in the work that Armstrong Automotive performs for me on a regular basis. We’ve taken our cars here for years. They are honest and fairly price. The owner especially cares about the repairs and the customers. They are conservative about fixing just what is broken. Recently our AC was blowing hot when idle the owner personally took time to explain how, why, and what they fixed. He communicated to us that if the conservative fix ended up not being the resolution, to let them know immediately so they could quickly get us in for a more extensive exam and repair. The AC has been working great with the minimal repair. Their customer service is top notch.
